I am now teaching Alexander Technique at Duppy Share!

I am really enjoying my new placement at The Duppy Share. I am encouraging the team to take time out of their busy days to have a lie down, but also we are looking at their everyday activities like sitting at a computer and getting in and out of a chair, and addressing how they can do these with more ease.
